Dear Momen Samy,
The official resource https://www.schneider-electric.com/en/product/NBES0308_APC/netbotz-leak-rope-sensor---20-ft./ says:
I.e: please use only cat5 to extend NetBotz sensors.
Fundamentally, the ethernet cables of Cat-6, Cat-6a, Cat-7 and Cat-7a differ in the twisting pitch of the pairs (in the direction of increasing the cut-off frequency of the signal). This factor is important for the normal operation of NetBotz sensors.
Conclusion: officially the Cat-7a cable will not work for NetBotz sensors. But this statement requires practical verification (will it work and at what length and for how many RJ-45 connectors).
For example, for me in the data center, all my NetBotz sensors work normally on Cat-6a cables up to 50m long with four RJ-45 connectors (two patch cords plus a cable between two patch panels).
I hope this will help you.
With respect.
