I need OID file for AP8653 & AP7722A,

pls confirm these units will communicate to EcoStruxure IT services,

We are try to add these devices but not added.

I suggest that AP8653 & AP7722A should be easily discovered by the latest EcoStruxure IT Gateway 1.5.0.66 software.

What version of the gateway software are you using? Please show a couple of screenshots explaining your problem/error.
