John,
Windows 10 is not supported with the 4.5.2 release. This is looking to be fixed in a future release.
Per release notes for 4.5.2:
"1. Windows 10 is not a supported operating system for installing Advanced View v4.5.2. Updating Java to version 1.8 caused an issue with the Advanced View installer. This will be addressed in a future release."
If you have upgraded your appliance to 4.5.2, you should be able to connect to it using the 4.5.1 version of advanced view, which can be found here.
Regards,
Cory

FYI - This will be fixed specifically in v4.5.3 or higher which is due out very shortly - within a few weeks I anticipate at this time (or sooner). It is currently going through final testing. I verified myself with a build that AV installs properly now on Windows 10 OS.
