Hi,
I have a Netbotz 500. I am currently trying to add the device to the Struxureware using the add device tool and my device is not being discovered on the server. I followed the steps as seen here but under the saved discoveries it says IDLE and no new device has been added to my assigned folder.
Please advise.

Hi IESLUSER,
-When adding the NetBotz 500, are you adding it as an SNMP device or as a NetBotz device?
-When connecting to the NetBotz device through Advanced View or through a web browser, do you connect using regular http (just use the IP) or do you use https (in browser, https://ip)?
-When adding the device and the device discovery remains idle, have you tried right clicking the discovery and manually run it again?
-If the discovery fails, I suggest deleting it and recreating it rather than trying to edit it.
-Please note that if you can not connect to the device through Advanced View or through a browser, you will not be able to add it to StruxureWare DCE. I noticed your other post:
.
It seems as though you were not able to connect. You must correct this issue before you can add the device to StruxureWare. Jesper's notes earlier in this post may be of some help there.
