Asking on behalf of Michal:
I have Data Center Expert Basic apliance (AP9465). I want to add NetBotz Surveillance 5-node add-on pack to it. I have a redemption certificate for the add-on. On the certificate there's an instruction how to activate the license. I opened register.netbotz.com website, created an account and registered the appliance. According to the instruction I should now select "Activate Software License" and follow the instruction. Unfortunately I don't see any such link on the site. Could you please help me with registration of the add-on pack? Regards, Michal

Hi Stine,
I've let product management know the instructions are incorrect. Since they're working towards electronic passcodes rather than continuing with the paper, they're not looking to update that information. The only thing I could do at that point is create a k-base (FA235913) noting the instructions are inaccurate.

Software License Key Passcode can be redeemed now at https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com/
User Guide on how to redeem can be found on the same URL.

Dear Balaraman,
I'm not sure whether I should you 'Redeem passcode' menu option of the registered asset or activate additional license some other way. I don't want to experiment with one time passcode.
And I can't find any user guide of the site you mentioned.

Hi Steve, I followed the instructions from k-base you had mentioned but when I entered the passcode from Redemption Certificate I got a message that the passcode could not be found. So I still cannot add licenses to the appliance. What can I do with it? Best regards, Michal

Hi Michael, You need to contact support directly. They need to verify the passcode and if it's not in the system, either add it or provide you with a new one. We don't want to pass these passcodes back and forth over this unsecured forum so I can't assist you with that here. Steve
