When I run the UPS Score report there is a column called "Projected Health Date".
When I look at the UPS Properties on the Ecostruxure IT Expert web portal, there is a line item called "Recommended replace date".
I am looking to forecast for budget purposes how many UPSs I should be ordering.
These 2 dates do not coincide and seem to be far away from each other.
My question is which one of these dates should I be using for UPS replacement and ordering?
Thank you for your help,
Matt

Hi @mjg,
The UPS recommended replace date (sensor on the UPS) is referencing the UPS itself and is based primarily off of age of the UPS. It may require a battery replacement well before that date, but the UPS itself is likely to still be healthy when the battery needs replaced.
The UPS Score report takes into account: UPS age, Battery age, and Battery temperature.
Some additional details can be found in the following help center article: https://community.se.com/t5/Assessments/UPS-Score-assessment/ta-p/446914

Cory
