Netbotz 755 - No images attached to emails after motion detection

I have recently upgraded my Netbotz 755 from 5.4 to 5.5.1087 version. I have stopped receiving images in the email which i used to get whenever motion was detected by the appliance. 

I am only getting details about the alert, graph through emails but no images have been attached to the email. 

I have tried restarting the device and resting it and configuring it again but still same results. no images attached. 

Please let me know, This is matter of urgency.

Is there any alternative to downgrade the Netbotz version to 5.4 again ?
