Devices still in Ecostruxure IT Expert after deleting in IT Gateway
We recently replaced several Smart-UPS SRT 5000 units with Smart-UPS Ultra 5000s. After removing the old devices from IT Gateway and discovering the new ones on IT Expert, both old and new devices now appear in IT Expert. I can’t get the old ones to clear from IT Expert.
Details:
Same management IP address.
Device name doesn’t seem to matter (some kept original names, others changed).
Troubleshooting tried:
Rebooted Gateway.
Deleted new device from Gateway, waited for sync, then re-onboarded. New device was removed and rediscovered, but old device remains.
