run time error when running c# web page that retrive data from GEO SCADA 2022

Dear All,

We've c# web application that retrive data from geo scada using odbc connection.

But after upgrading to geo scada 2022 (Jan. 2023), slow performance and run time error captured every time the user request web page from the application

Spoiler

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

WE've conduct multiple page refresh requests until the page success to open.

What could the cause? this behavior shown after upgrading process

How can we resolve that?

Do we need to downgrade the GEO SCADA version on servers or clients as temporary solution?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like sometinhg you need to contact Support about.

I don't think downgrading is reasonably possible unless you had and still have the database server set to save the database flies in as the previous version.

Perhaps try using ODBC logging (in the ODBC Windows config tool) to enable logs - you might see where the time delays are coming in.

Also try using Querypad to execute the same Queries and compare performance.

More information needed - check server logs, ODBC log, your web server log...
