query using ODBC @GEO SCADA 2022

Hello,

We've conducted the following query in GEO SCADA 2022 using Query pad, ViewX and get results

SELECT
"Id" AS NO, ELEMENT( 2, '.', "FullName", 1 ) AS TTYPE, ELEMENT( 1, '.', "FullName", 1 ) AS TNAME
FROM
CTEMPLATE

but when running this query on c# application using ODBC

Getting empty result!!!

How can we get this query's results?

Check the security credentials used by your application - username and password.

the used credentials are correct, We've conducted another query on CDBPoint table and fetch the results just fine!!
