Plant SCADA OPC Connectivity to GeoSCADA Historian
Hi All,
Did anyone face unable to access error on accessing OPC DA Server (Plant SCADA Server) from GeoSCADA Historian (OPC Client)
Can anybody share the configuration settings for accessing OPC DA Server (Remote System) by GeoSCADA OPC Client

I would try the Plant SCADA part of the Forum and just ask about setting up an OPC DA remote Client. Then try Plant SCADA support.

Next option is to ask through your official Support channel.
I have not setup a remote OPC client to access to Plant SCADA since Citect 5.42, which was a pain and I think it is still basically the same. Registering some Citect files on the Client system and then configuring DCOM settings on both systems.
That being said you might want to consider OPC UA. Plant SCADA supports being a OPC UA server (not sure if that is a licensed option or which version OPC UA server was first available on) and Geo SCADA's Client has supported UA for awhile. That would probably be the easier route since there is no DCOM to have to mess with.
