Virtual ViewX Login issues

Users can login into ViewX but not Virtual ViewX.

You might need to give us more info to work with.

What happens when a user enters a valid username and password, and chooses login? Do they get a error shown on the page, or a popup error? Does anything happen? Is it immediate or does it sit there thinking about it for a few seconds or maybe longer?

When you say ViewX works, do you mean when running ViewX if you just RDP to the VVx server? Or from another machine?

When entering a valid user name/ Password into Virtual ViewX, it errored as incorrect credentials. Multiple users. 

I was able to correct the issue by restarting the Virtual ViewX server

Hmm, my guess is one of the services wasn't running, possibly due to a licence timing out
