I've set up the new SMS Alarm Redirection following the directions at the link:

The documentation (PDF) mentioned being able to set up multiple contact (pager) numbers for a user, which I set up, but I am wondering if there's a way to use the call functionality with multiple users as well? I have tried creating a User Group and attaching different users and then having the method action call the group to no avail.
I'm trying to set this up in a way where there would be a group of "engineers" and maybe "admins" and let's say only the "admins" wanted to receive the call about the alarm notification.
Know anything that might help me out with this? @sbeadle

Hi George,
I assume you're using the simple Redirection to SMS: Geo SCADA Expert Simple Voice SMS Redirection via Twilio v6.pdf Also see the demo .sde (Alarm Redirection to Twilio.sde) and interface program (TwilioCallOut program (Feb 2024).zip) below.
I modified the redirection Method Action (User) item to change to a user group:
Then I ensured that each user in the group had a Contact 1 phone number and link to the (dummy) Pager Service in the Contact Information tab.
The redirection Method Action (User) item refers to the logic and passes contact details:
(Check these carefully).
Then, when raising an alarm, the redirection (and therefore the Logic to call Twilio) is triggered separately for each user in that group with valid contacts:
Summary - it works for me!
