Hi All
Please could someone assist with troubleshooting a VVX error. I am able to log in using a user account but thereafter the webpage stays on the loading screen - as image attached. It stays there permanently and does not get to the database.
The VVX server is on the same PC as the GeoSCADA server.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

What OS are you on and what version of Geo SCADA?
Have you installed the latest version that you are licensed for? I think on an early release of 2020 we had a problem like that and it was resolved in a monthly update.

I have not used the latest. I installed the latest available in June on a windows 10 computer and it worked fine.
Server 2019 has a known problem with KB5014692 so currently we don't have KB5014692 installed on systems with server 2019. It messes with the logon. When we found it only one user could log on at a time.

Virtual ViewX on Windows Server 2022 is not yet supported will be supported but will be in a future Monthly Update of Geo SCADA 2021.
