Schneider vijeo air remote access help

Hey everyone I'm looking for advice on how to setup the remote access to magelis HMIs via schneider' vijeo design air app.

I can get this to work on customer wifi with just using the HMIs ip address because it's on the local network.

My understanding is when not on that network I need to enter the customers global ip and have port forwarding setup on the router. Without a static ip address you'll loose connection so I've been told I can use a dns service that redirects my app to the customers ip on the Internet.

If this is correct I'm looking for a how to on setting up the dns service. I imagine there are some free ones?
