[Imported] How to disable the expiry for passwords in Clear

Good day!

I think the title says it all already but I just want to know, is there any way to disable the expiry for passwords of user accounts in ClearSCADA? For example, I want the Operator to have the same password "Oper12345" and the Engineer with "Eng12345" all throughout.

I wanted to uncheck the option that "user can change password" but the operators wanted the ability to be able to change passwords anytime they want.

Is it possible to just put "0" days on the option "Passwords expire after" found in Security under System Configuration? If there are other ways, please feel free to reply. I appreciate any help!

Yes, 0 will stop expiry.

You really want to use those passwords ... ?
I assume this is for private dev only.

Yeah those aren't exactly the passwords. Just for sample purposes.

Also this and other security security settings can be set in the Server Configuration and they override the ones in the database. In the Server Configuration app Look under System Configuration for the Security section.
