Hi,
I have installed GeoSCADA 2023 August 2024 version in my project laptop which runs Windows 10 LTSC 2021 Operating system. After installation when I tried starting the DB server it didn't start. I tried starting in services and it throws "Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly" . While analyzing the error in event viewer, the issue was related to Kernelbase.dll(attached screenshot of the error). please suggest a workaround to fix this issue.
Note: Software was installed in new OS and no other softwares were installed.

The attached screenshot doesn't contain any information about the cause of the server crash.
You need to raise this issue with SE customer support. They will need the DB log files and DBServer crash dump to investigate the issue.
The default location of these is under "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs" folder.
See Define the Server Logging Settings in the help.
