Database limit exceeded

I have a GeoSCADA export with a database exceeding 1000, is there anyway to import it on my laptop to modify in it till the site (Like a demo license or something for SE employee).

You can purchase a yearly developers license to use. You can contact your sales channel to inquire about getting one.
