We have a situation where we have to control Gas flow via Motorized Valve & signal will go to RTU & then to Control Room (9km away from Valve & RTU) to be control & supervised via SCADA installed at site.
Is there any wireless solution we can offer which can communicate with SCADA too.
Further for Gas flow control please suggest series for both Valve & Actuator.

Hello Ijaz,
Normally, a short range wireless instrument network would be great for this, but 9km is too far for that. Schneider has a couple of options for sending the signal back to your control room.
First is the Schneider Trio radio. For just one point, it would be excessive to create your own complex radio network, but some models can support point to point communication. You may need to do some research on how your region manages radio frequency licensing.
Another option is to use the Schneider Data Logger 4G LTE. This sends data to a cloud service through your local 4G network, bypassing radio regulatory issues that could crop up with your own radio network. However, all data is sent to Schneider's server in the cloud and you would need to work with their support team to get the data to your local SCADA.
For valves and actuators, it's difficult to make a recommendation without details, but you may want to check out Schneider's VTX series of valves. For a more specific choice, it may be a good idea to contact your local Schneider distributor to collect the process information and help you make a decision.

You could use Schneider Electric's Trio radios to provide the wireless communications:

Hi @AndrewScott can we use it with RTU (if yes please suggest RTU series) or can it communicate with Actuator directly (Please share sereis for Valve & Actuator if you can)
Thankyou

Trio radios can link to SCADAPack RTUs - these are then interfaced to your valves/actuators.
