I have connected a setup with a PM5560 power meter connected to a PAS800 power meter. Data sampling and cloud service are enabled in the panel server.
When logged into the energy hub, the panel server has not sampled any data.

Hello @vihanger ,
Based on the Panel Server (PaS) screenshot, everything seem to be correct in the field:
- The measurements are correctly collected by the PaS
- The green indicator "cloud services" in top rigth corner is green to indicate that the PaS is connected to SE cloud.
Next checking is now in EEH web portal>Setup> communication to verify if the PaS is viewed as connected in EEH (picture herunder)
Last but not least, a frequent issue is to not wait enough time before checking data in EEH (may be your case?). First collected Data are available in the INVESIGATE> ASSET view in trends after 10 minutes (PaS publictaion period).=> screenshot1 hereunder
Your commissioning experience is very interesting for the EEH community so please keep us informed if you solve the problem, if my post help you to solve the issue, etc...
if no: we will switch to SE support team to help you.
if yes, you can mark this topic as a solution for all of us
Thanks for your post

In addition to Thierry's answer, for data to appear in the Home page, the meters must be added to the Energy Hierarchy in setup. Upon pairing with the Panel Server they are automatically added to the Asset hierarchy, but the user must manually add them to the energy hierarchy.
