Dear community, customer in Argentina is having issues to access EEH app from an IOs device, Error shown is "Technical error #102". It happened before with android app but it was solved by restarting the phone. It doesn't work with Iphone at the moment, Here shown screenshot:

I would recommend you to try the following and check.
On iOS:
To fix the issue, go to Settings > Apps, find Energy Hub, and in the app options, select the following:

Try to go to "settings" then scroll up to App and find Energy Hub.
Then select and activate :
Clear Data on next launch
Logout on next session
This should solve your issue

If that didn't solve your issue, please proceed as follows:
On iOS:
1 – Click on Settings
2 – At the bottom, click on « Apps »
3 – Find « Energy Hub » App
4 – Check the 2 options « Clear app Data… » & « Logout … »
5 – Close Energy Hub app , then uninstall and reinstall the app v2.55 (or later)
On Android:
1 – Click on Settings
2 – Click on « Apps »
3 – Find « Energy Hub » App
4 – Click on Storage
5 – Clear Cache and Clear Data
6 – Close Energy Hub app , uninstall and reinstall the app v2.55 (or later)
