Hi there,
I just started using Energy Hub.
I have a few devices installed in our electrical panel and I thought they were configured to trigger power quality alarms.
We just had a short power interruption, but I can't see any related alarms in Energy Hub:
All I see are some clock alarms and communication alarms.
I also can't see any energy data or single-line diagrams.
All I can see is some equipment related measurements.
Is that something I need to configure?
Cheers
Jean

Hi Jean,
It sounds like you have not yet subscribed to any of the Energy Hub (EH) application modules. You can set up an organization and see basic asset related information in EH without subscription, but to get deeper information, such as power quality alarms, access to single-line diagrams, or access to energy usage, you need to subscribe to application modules.
Currently, there are two modules available: Energy Code Compliance (ECC), and Electrical Distribution Monitoring and Alarming (EDMA). You need the EDMA module to see the power quality alarms. After you have subscribed to a module, you need to activate the module in EH.
For module subscriptions, please contact your local Schneider Electric Sales Representative or use the Contact Us option on the Energy Hub product page in Schneider Electric Exchange .
For information on how to activate a module in Energy Hub, see Energy Hub Help .
Note: If the help link doesn't work, then open Help in EH and search for 'Application modules'.
