FAQ000223318 Error message "Our backend servers are not responding" in EcoStruxure Power commission tool

 Hi Guys,

Anyone found a work around for this error? I have turned off all firewalls and still have this issue, i can't generate any serial numbers both using manual or autogenerated types to publish my switchboard and therefore can't finalize and upload to cloud services.

Logged with tech support. But I'm sure someone has been through this before.. 

I have managed to get a site online and completed in the last few weeks so know it does work. 

Any help is much appreciated.
