Error while create new organization

Hi community folks,

I'm facing issue when I try to create new organization. On 2nd step where I have to put Site name and Site address, the Next button is green but once I clicked it return with error message "We encountered an error when creating the site".

Hope someone can help me overcome this issue.

Hi @Anet_K 

We are aware of a similar issue and are working to resolve it.

In the meantime, there is a workaround that you can use: 

• When creating an Organization, the Site creation fails during the same process.
• However, after logging out and logging back, the newly created Organization becomes visible.
• From there, you can navigate to the System menu and successfully create the Site.
