The Status of a Digital input contextualized as a “Door Status” in Panel Server is not yet viewable (target is to improve this) in EEH web portal but only in EEH mobile Apps in Site Manager view (Screenshot ”Door status in Mobile Apps“ hereunder).
However, it is possible to create a software alarmfor Door status (both from the web portal or the mobile Apps-Technician view) relative to the Digital input “Door status” (screenshot “Alarms Setting in EEH web portal”)
This alarm will be viewable both in EEH Web Portal (screenshot “Alarm Door status in EEH web portal) or in EEH mobile Apps (screenshot “Alarm Door status in EEH Mobile Apps)
