Changing EDMA alarms post comissioning

Hi All

While assisting a customer with commissioning recently, I found that after commissioning the PAS600, I am unable to change the electrical alarms. See attached a screenshot of the alarms page in the PAS600.

I have been informed that the reason for this is that these alarms are now managed by the cloud post connection to Schneider Cloud Services. However, I cannot find a way to edit these alarms in the EEH interface. There seems to only be the options for consumption alarms.

Does anyone know how to change these alarms without deleting the PAS and re-commissioning from scratch?

Hello James,

The selection of alarms is automatic in EEH and to date, it is not possible to modify it manually by selecting/deselecting the alarms.

Also note that the Panel Server with fw1.8 (latest version) cannot manage more than 100 events/alarms for all products connected to the Panel Server. this explains why EEH does not select all the alarms offered by the products.
