CL110 Alarms on EEH

For EEH platform, I can set web alarms with temperature.

Can I set alarms for humidity on web alarm too?

Hello.

We are now dealing with the same question from customer - grocery/food retail.

I think, question should be: can customer set EEH custom alarm for over/under tempreture measured with CL110 connected to EEH via PAS?

They want to watch room tempreture, cold room(with groceries) tempreture and freezer tempretures.

We are trying to find correct solution: CL110 vs A9XST114.

Where/how to install it in a room, or if we should use some BMS products, too?

Hello @MartinRichnak !

A software alarm for under/over temperature can be set in EEH for CL110.

Hello,

The CL110 is a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the surface in contact.

The A9XST114 is an ambient temperature sensor that measures the temperature around the sensor.

In my opinion, the A9XST114 is preferable for your needs.

For alarms in EEH, both offer the ability to create a software alarm based on a temperature threshold, in case of undertemperature or overtemperature.

In EEH, it is not possible to create a software alarm for a temperature measurement available in a product based on a custom Model created with EPC Web.
