Administrator users can track changes done in IT Expert including user administration, configuration management, alarm acknowledgement, dashboard changes, and more.

Go to Administration > More... > Audit Log.

The audit log tracks all changes done in both the web UI and the mobile app.

Note: Alarm acknowledgements made after April 2021 are included in the audit log.

Note: Changes made in the Gateway UI or directly on the device NMC UI are not included in the audit log.
