Issue
When you select the option to view the properties of a Object nothing appears.
Environment
Vista 5.1.7
Cause
A Remote Desktop session is connected at the same time as a local user.
Resolution
To allow the properties option to be displayed, log the Remote Desktop user off. The preferred option is to set the Remote desktop session to a single user session.
