Cause
Instructions for upgrading the software and firmware are provided in the User's guide, but this article places them in an easy to find location

NOTE: The RoamIO2Appl2.000002.upd firmware firmware can only be updated from the BACnet service tool, the Infinet service tool does not have the update OS option.
