Cause
The IP network has two NIC cards assigned the same address. This results in a Duplicate IP
Resolution
Use WireShark to Find the duplicate IP and re-assign a new ip to the server or UNC IP. For more detail see Using WireShark to analyse communications on an Ethernet network.
