Issue
Users may encounter 'Operlist.txt file missing' alarms in the Sigma Alarm Manager, even though the file appears to exist on the controller.

Satchwell BAS & SigmaEnvironment
Sigma 4.07 (upgraded from BAS2800+ or Sigma versions prior to 4.04)

However, if a manually created operlist.txt file already exists in the controller’s or outstation’s folder, Sigma will use that file instead of the dummy one, potentially triggering the alarm.
