Issue
Unable to configure the OA (outside Air) Damper control of SE8000 to work as desired for free cooling and CO2 (Ventilation)

Cause
The damper control on the SE8000 is restricted to the minimum position under the following conditions:
- Econo.config parameter is set to off
- The CO2 value is 0 or lower than Min CO2 Parameter (adjustable)
- The OA (Outside Air) is warmer than Changeover SP (adjustable)
- The SA (Supply Air) temperature is colder than Supply air SP (adjustable)
- The parameter Mech. Cooling is set to OFF
