Cause
Customer database server crashed with no backup. Customer needs to re-create the access control database. What data can be recovered from the acx781's.?
Resolution
Using terminal mode into the NetController the customer can dump out from the controllers all the doors, numerics, inputs, outputs and PE code. The personnel records are not retrievable, however, as they are not stored in text format in the controller.
