Cause
The Alarm View Properties are not configured correctly, which affects whether the alarm window pops up upon alarm activation.
Resolution
For Versions older than 3.2.x:
- Right-click inside the Alarm View window.
- Select Alarm View Settings > Properties.
- Locate the Display on Alarm property.
- Set it to the desired state (True or False).
For Version 3.2.x and above:
- This feature is controlled via the “Display on Alarm” setting on the alarm object's Attachment tab.
- Enable or disable it based according to requirements.
