Web pages that previously worked now just get a blank page

Cause
A change has been made to the 9680 configuration that is affecting the processing of the web pages.
Resolution
- First check the controller error log for evidence of a specific issue.
- Check to see if the html code can be accessed from another PC. If the html code can be accessed then refer to Unable to open config pages on a web enabled controller that previously worked in order to address the issue with the PC that is not working.
Note: If a node has been added to the controller, but it is a 0 node controller, it can cause the html pages to not work because it is taking up controllers cycles to deal with the mismatch of the hardware and software.
