Resolution
Begin by referencing TCON 300.
- All SLIs and DPUs must use I/NET Seven revision 1.x (or later) compatible binary software.
- All DPUs must have DIP switch 7 set to ON.
- Within a single tenant, you can assign a large key/card number directly to an individual, or translate the number using the Key/Card Translation table, but not both (i.e., you cannot have duplicate key/card numbers or individual numbers within a single tenant).
- Use compatible EPROMs in the DPUs Note: If you directly assign a key/card to an individual, and later translate the same key/card for another individual, only the translated key/card will be operational within I/NET.
