Issue
When a SE7000 is setup in Vista you cannot configure the device using the nciCfg1FcuZn and nciCfg2FcuZn

Cause
The configuration NCI's are not made available for Vista.
Resolution
To edit these values the lonworks plugin can be used or the front keypad on the sensor itself.
