Issue
- When trying to connect to a Controller via FTP or Telnet the connection is failing even with known working usernames and passwords.
- Cannot ping controller after upgrade to 4.3.x

Cause
When connecting with FTP via an application such as Filezilla the error 'Bad username/password' is returned.
Via Telnet the error is simply 'Logon Incorrect' and the connection once again fails to complete
Resolution
- FTP and Telnet have been intentionally disabled on the Controllers for Cyber Security purposes and will not be possible to use from firmware version 2.08.1234. Please see firmware release notes version 2.08.1234.
- As mentioned in the Controller firmware release notes version 2.08.1018, Ping is disabled by default and can be re-enabled via Controller Commands:
- EnablePing = true
