Issue
When executing a Find New BACnet Device a third party controller (Trane) would not come into the system.

Cause
BACnet Network ID was assigned to 1 in the third party device. Both the CyberStation Device node ID and the third party device Node Id can not be set to 1.
Resolution
Have the vendor change the device node ID from 1 to a unique value on the network.
