Cause
The ACX781 controller was discontinued in 2007, and the stock of cabinet lock/key assemblies has been depleted.
Resolution
- Replacement cabinet keys for ACX781 controllers are no longer available.
- If access is required, consider replacing the cabinet lock with a standard lock assembly from a local hardware supplier.
- For long-term support, plan to upgrade to current-generation controllers.
