Double Elite keys

Can we encode 2 elite key inisde the mifare desfire ev1 card ? i have multisite requirement with 2 different elite key

Existing Customer Site.

My Customer site ( site A ) already have the infinity-37 key pair on the MIfare DESFire EV1 card and also the HID R40 reader. with the existing system using Andover Continuum with very less support given.

Case#1

Customer having a new site ( site B ) and if they register a new Continuum infinity-37bit key, is it possible that the Mifare DESFire EV1 can can write 2 Continuum infinity-37bit key inside and use one card to access both site ( Site A and Site B ) ?

Case#2

if customer register new Continuum infinity-37 key, is it possible that the we reprogram existing card and reader to new Continuum infinity-37bit key without any change of hardware ?
