service bypass panel

I am using UPS part number SURT8000RMXLI,3P input 400V and Single Phase output 230V.
Power given to this UPS is from 20A MCB
Now I want to have a service bypass panel for this UPS.Can I use service bypass panel SBP16KP.
If I use this Panel does it take of phase balance or it just provide power from L1 which will trip my breaker.
Please suggest

Any Updates Please,I am thinking to have 3:1 Isolation transformer with MCB and rotary switch.Can anybody help if this is the right direction
