new RBC17 not holding charge. How do I contact customer support?
I just received a new replacement RBC17, and discovered it does not hold a charge.
The first day it charged up to 35% giving 11 minutes backup time and stayed at that level for over 24 hours.
I disconnected devices hooked up so that it was only charging, but it never got beyond 35%. As a matter of fact today I turned it on and it drained down 10% for 5 minutes backup in less than an hour.
I checked the wiring to the battery, seems ok. When I run it now it hums, unlike my other RBC17.
So I have unplugged it and would like to know how to either get a replacement for it or how to
