I have an SUA750i on the PC another on the kids' Playstation & TV, an SUA 1500 on the main TV/sound system, a CS350 on the TV aerial amp and another CS350 on the broadband router - yes, our mains is s**t !!.....my question is can I disable the beeping from the CS UPS's as I have on the SUA's via Powerchute.
There are no serial or USB ports on the CS units only a data port that needs a special connector that I don't have, one of the CS 350 beeps every 30 seconds or so when on battery the other one (that I bought second hand) only beeps when the battery has expired, so possibly someone has managed to disable it ???

Hi David,
If that data port looks like an RJ45 then you will need to use this cable - [AP9827|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=AP9827] and connect the device into a PC and install PowerChute Personal Edition and from there you'll see the settings on disabling the battery alarms.
