can powerchute Turn the system back on after a black out?

Hello Guys
i have a question regardign if the powerchute is able to power back on the system, i know that you can program that system get shutdown in some point, but is there an option to do the opossite, after the black out if it is possible to after 5 minutes of recovery can turn the power back on by itself
i imagine that maybe the smart and smart rt are able to do it
specifically i will like to know if sua2200, sua3000, surta1500xl and surta2200 got this option and last point, do you hace pictures or any simulator
