I just purchased an XS 1500 for my system, and an XS 1000 for my wifes (I do CG and video, she does blogs, websites, etc). My 1500 installed and performs just fine. The 1000 for her system installs, then it goes to onlie with battery, then clicks over to line power, and a minute or so after that, the AVR warning starts flashing, with a prompt to go to the manual (there is no indicator as to whether the AVR is high or low; just the AVR flag), and the unit gives 3 beeps (which I have found no mention of in the database). I've brain deaded the unit, checked the battery charge, adjusted the theshhold, and powered it on with no load whatsoever, and still get the same performance. Is there a step or three I missed, or do I just have a bad unit out of the box?
