both On line and on battery LEDs are illuminated

Hi there
My APC is BP1400I , some times , when utility power exists , both on line and on battery LEDs are illuminated together (not flashing) , and shutts down my UPS , I could'nt find this symptom in APC database , why is that ?

Hi...do you have any more information about this issue, like the model number and serial number for the unit in question? Also, are these LEDs always on, or just on when on battery or online? Also, are these LEDs on simultaneously or do they flash or alternate? Any other issues with the unit, and does it power attached equipment?

Ok, if this is for a company or military account/organization that has a forwarding address in the United States or Canada, tech support can send an RMA to that location if the unit is in warranty. That forwarding location would then be responsible for sending the new unit to you. The tech. support number is 1-800-800-4272.

My APC is BP1400I , this happens only on (online) mode , LEDs (green -online , and yellow -on batt) , are lit together (not flashing) and cause my APC to shuttdown (disconnects all loads connected) , so I have to reset UPS by swithing OFF then ON .
I could'nt find a match in APC database .
