W10 Powerchute

Hi, upgrade to W10 Need powerchute for SmartUPS 1000 . Loaded personal - does not find ups. Loaded Business agent but clicking on Powerchute just takes me to internet. Something I'm lacking?

Hello,

PowerChute Business Edition 9.5 and 10.x are accessed through a web browser. When you install the application the installer put a short cut in the start menu. When you click on the link your default web browser will launch and you will be asked to log into PowerChute.

Note: the first time you login you will be asked to accept a security certificate. See Schneider Electric FAQ FA165288 for assistance loading the certificate.
