I just received five new BR1350MS Back Ups Pro units for my office. One of them appears to be reacting differently than the other four. After connecting the battery and plugging into the wall, the unit starts up, it runs a self test, and the display appears to be working, but neither the Display Button nor the Mute Button will work. On the display button, there is no scrolling of displays with short pushes, and no beep when holding for a long period of time to set the display on/off mode. On the Mute Button, there is no action when holding the button for multple seconds to mute or unmute sounds. Any suggestions?
